Cancellation Policy
We understand everyone’s time is valuable. In respect of that, our cancellation policy is as follows…
You will be asked to confirm your appointment 72 hours in advance. This gives you the opportunity to make any changes necessary. If you need to cancel, you must do so 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
No-shows and cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
All guests are required to leave a card on file at the time of booking, however no charge will be made at this time. Additionally, you will be required to sign a form that confirms you’ve read and agreed to this policy prior to booking your appointment.
Our appointments are booked strategically to give each guest the time they reserved & deserve. When a cancellation happens with less than 24-48 hours notice, it takes the opportunity to be pampered from another guest on our waitlist and it also takes from our hard-working stylists as those appointments are hard to fill with such short notice. We ask that you book with consideration of our policy.
